Shipping and Returns
We ship worldwide from the European Union and do our best to make every order smooth, safe, and easy to track.
Shipping to Europe
For most EU countries, we ship with DHL or trusted local delivery partners.
Estimated delivery time: around 1–2 weeks
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Shipping to the United States
All orders to the United States are shipped using a DDP service — Delivered Duties Paid.
This means that all import duties and taxes are already covered by us, so you should not have to pay any extra fees when your parcel arrives.
What this means for you:
All duties and taxes are paid in advance
No extra charges on delivery
Final delivery is usually handled by USPS
How shipping works:
We dispatch your order within 1–3 business days
The parcel first travels to an EU logistics hub
After that, it is sent to the United States
Tracking may appear or update a few days after dispatch
Final delivery is handled locally in the U.S.

Shipping to the Rest of the World
For countries outside the EU and the United States, we use standard international shipping.
Estimated delivery time: around 1–4 weeks, depending on the destination country and local postal service.
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during busy seasons, holidays, customs checks, or local postal delays.
Unclaimed or Returned Packages
If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we’ll be happy to help arrange a reshipment.
Please note that the additional shipping cost must be paid separately. The exact cost depends on the parcel’s weight, destination, and current shipping rates.
In some cases, the reshipping cost may be different from — and sometimes higher than — the original shipping fee.
If your parcel is returned to us, we will contact you with the exact reshipping quote before sending it again.
Returns
If you would like to return your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Returns are accepted only if the deck is in its original, unopened protective wrapping and has not been used or damaged.
Once we receive the returned parcel and confirm that the item is in its original unopened condition, we will process your refund.
Please note that return shipping costs are usually paid by the buyer.
